South Bay's Premier Summer Camp Experience:

Techakids and the Greater South Bay STEM Foundation have been part of the South Bay community for over a decade. Providing after-school enrichment and summer camps. This is not just another camp location to me or part of a global coding franchise; it is where my son and six of his friends at the time attended Hickory, Arnold, and Seaside Elementary School in Torrance and Redondo Beach wanted to code and play Minecraft over the summer ten years ago. This camp was started for all of my South Bay neighbors' children to give them the best quality Summer camp experience with the latest technology, with profit removed from the equation. We proudly served over 6,000 of our South Bay neighbors' children.

MineCraft Modding
Techakids will be running their own Minecraft servers
Our campers will learn the fundamentals of Minecraft modding programming and dig into the source code in Minecraft.
You will learn how to create items like blocks,tools and cool looking mods.
Design and build your own adventure maps and worlds to add to your game.

Our camp counselors are South Bay natives and some of the top college-educated students in the country. Every year, they return home to help the next generation of their neighbors. They attend prestigious universities like Yale, Cornell , Carnegie Mellon, and California Polytechnic University, majoring in engineering, Pre Med and computer science, bringing that expertise back home to our innovative summer program.
